Meeting Room Descriptions
Meeting rooms vary in size and audio visual capabilities. Larger rooms in the Medina and Brunswick libraries can accommodate 100 or more people. Other rooms are better suited for smaller groups with one large table and conference seating. Some rooms have a kitchenette.
Audio visual capabilities may include: projection unit and screen, DVD and VCR, wireless Internet access, wireless handheld or lapel microphone, wireless listening devices for the hearing impaired, lectern, and a VGA cable available to connect a laptop to the projection unit. Any person needing assistance with AV equipment is asked to call the library contact person for AV instruction at least one week in advance of the scheduled booking, as staff support may not be available to help before or during room use.
The meeting rooms are accessible to people with disabilities in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
