As we continue with the plan, we are evaluating our facilities and services to explore meaningful ways to make MCDL more welcoming to neurodiverse patrons and staff. We are forging partnerships with other Medina County entities to earn the Dementia Friendly Community designation. We have contracted with a human resources firm to conduct a strategic workforce analysis and compensation study to ensure we have the human resources in place to serve the community now, and in the future. I look forward to the work that is still to come in the second half of the Strategic Plan and am thankful for the community partners, volunteers, and staff who are engaged in the process.
