Application for Library Card

To be eligible for an MCDL card, you must be a permanent resident, own property, attend school or work in the state of Ohio. After completing the application, you need to present in person photo identification with your name and current address, such as a driver’s license or state ID. Photo ID without the current address must be accompanied by printed personal mail postmarked within four weeks.

Each Book Club Bag contains 10 copies of the book and discussion questions. Bags check out for 6 weeks at a time. Additional formats like audiobooks or Large Print are available for most titles.
