Yoga for Teens will focus on connecting with breath and the body, using practices that help to calm or ease stress and anxiety, aiming to equip students with tools to help them manage or mitigate their emotional experience. We will practice introductory and fun poses and postures that will foster building confidence in the body and their relationship with their bodies, finding empowerment in their physical ability, and encouraging responsibility for their own wellbeing.
